About Heather

I am an artist based in Scotland, creating original paintings inspired by birds, flowers, wildlife, and the ever-changing skies, seas, and mountains of Scotland. Working primarily in acrylics, interspaced with touches of oils, my artwork is deeply influenced by nature, atmosphere, colour, and my emotional connection to our incredible planet.

Alongside my original fine art paintings, I create bespoke commissioned paintings, including pet portraits and sacred landscape artworks designed for meditation, reflection, and personal connection. Each commission is created with care and sensitivity, capturing not only appearance, but character, energy, and feeling.

I also create colourful digital artworks inspired by Scotland’s iconic scenery, with a current focus on a collection featuring the Island of Islay. These designs are available across a range of print-on-demand products, including posters, mugs, and keepsakes, celebrating the beauty and spirit of Scotland in a vibrant contemporary style.
